Voices of Peace & Peace Kids to the Rescue – FREE

Make the Ware Center part of your First Friday Lancaster route! Join us for an evening of poetry, art, and activism focused on peace, justice, and unity.

7 pm • Steinman Hall

Voices of Peace is a collective of five artists and activists from diverse backgrounds who use poetry to explore the human impact of war and promote a more peaceful world. Through a curated selection of poems from around the globe, the group shares stories of conflict while highlighting hope, resilience, solidarity, and the possibility of peace.

5–8 pm • Atrium

The evening also features the 8th Annual Peace Kids to the Rescue Art Show and Silent Auction, giving young artists an opportunity to use their creativity to make a difference in their communities. Proceeds from the art show and auction benefit Church World Service and the Arch Street Center.
