All facilities are ADA accessible. Please call the Box Office to make arrangements for access services, such as a courtesy wheelchair, or see an usher for assistance at the venue. All events include personal curbside assistance on request.
Large Print and Braille Programs can be provided by request two weeks in advance of the performance by calling the Ware Center front desk at 717-871-7018.
ASL interpretation, Open Captioning and Audio Description are available to make our performances accessible to all patrons. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the Millersville University Office of Visual & Performing Arts, should contact Barry Kornhauser, Assistant Director of Campus & Community Engagement, by phone at 717-871-7812 or by email at Barry.Kornhauser@Millersville.edu no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event.
Assisted listening devices are available for Steinman Hall (Ware Center) and Biemesderfer and Clair Halls (Winter Center) free of charge. Accessible restrooms are located on the first and third floors of the Ware Center, and first floor of the Winter Center. An accessible elevator is available at both locations.
Sensory Friendly programming provides a supportive and welcoming environment for children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders and other sensory, social and cognitive disabilities. This includes accommodations in performance and house rules, guidance and sensory support and services.
