Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available free of charge for the Ware Center’s Steinman Hall and the Winter Center’s Biemesderfer Concert Hall and Clair Performance Hall. Upon request, a portable system can be made available to you by checking in at the box office before the performance.  The device may be used with or without a hearing aid from any seat in the named venue. To obtain the device and headset, please contact an usher prior to being seated at your performance or film.  A driver’s license will be held as a security deposit, then exchanged for the equipment at its return at the conclusion of the performance.  To request an assisted listening device in advance, please contact the Box Office at 717-871-7600.

Courtesy Wheelchair

A courtesy wheelchair is available for our patrons to assist with movement to and from assigned seats while they are at the Centers. To reserve a wheelchair, please call the Box Office at 717-871-7600.

Large Print & Braille Programs

Large print programs can be made available by requesting two weeks in advance of the performance.  Please contact 717-871-7018 to make this request. Programs will be held at the venue Box Office window under requesters name the day of the performance.
