Tickets & Box Office

Where can I buy tickets?

Buy tickets online.

In person: Stop by the Ware Center for the Arts or at the Millersville University Student Memorial Center Box Office.

By phone: Call the SMC Box Office at 717-871-7600 or the Ware Center front desk at 717-871-7018. Relay calls are welcome at the box office phone number.

How do I get to the box office?

Visit the Contact Us page for locations and hours. Tickets are also available at box office locations one hour before each performance at the performance location, subject to availability.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover), Marauder Gold, and checks (payable to Student Services, Inc.).

Where can I get the tickets I purchased?

Pre-ordered tickets can be picked up at the Box Office location where you purchased them during business hours, mailed (if requested), printed at home, or at “Will Call” one hour before the start time of the event at that venue.

Your Visit

Are children welcome at events?

Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in performances unless it is a Family Fun Fest event. In this case, each child must have a ticket.

Is your venue accessible?

Yes! We strive to make our programming and facilities as accessible and welcoming as possible.

Parking Options

Event parking at the Ware Center can be found at the Prince Street Garage or the Colonial Parking surface lot, both of which are located within a block of our facility.

Prince Street Garage

Located within a block of the Ware Center.

Colonial Parking

Surface parking across the street from the Ware Center.

Street Parking

Meters are in effect from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 2-hour limit.

Accessibility

At the Ware Center, we believe that the arts are for everyone. We are committed to making our venue as welcoming as possible. 

ADA Accessible

The Ware Center is ADA accessible, with access services available to help make your visit comfortable and welcoming.

Communication Access

ASL interpretation, Audio Description, Large Print, and Braille programs are available by request.

Assisted Listening

Assisted listening devices are available free of charge in Steinman Hall.

Sensory-Friendly

Designated performances offer sensory-friendly accommodations for children and families, including sensory kits upon request.
