Platinum Partner

$25,000+

Exclusive title as season partner with top billing and largest print size in all media and advertising

Partner will be acknowledged and their Logo prominently appearing:

  • In annual Arts Brochure (6,000 printed and distributed throughout Lancaster County and campus)

  • In all Programs and other printed materials when possible (over 25,000 tickets sold annually)

  • In weekly e-blasts of upcoming VPA events with direct link to partner’s website

  • In Press Releases for all VPA events (distributed to over 35 Media outlets)

  • On five (5) digital kiosks located at the Ware and Winter Center, continuous scroll during all events at Centers

  • On MUArts website, with direct link to partner’s website

  • On Social Media platforms, such as Facebook

  • On Window Banners at the Ware and Winter Centers

  • On Donor Wall in lobby of the Ware Center

  • At the Season Launch Party

  • In the VPA Annual Report

Partner will be acknowledged during stage announcements before every Performing Artist Series, Family Fun Fest, On Screen/In Person, First Friday and Club 42 Series performance.

A total of 200 tickets to Partner’s choice of performances. Free parking passes at the Prince Street Garage provided to attendees.

A block of 20 tickets to a select performance given in Partner’s name to a social agency of their choice.

Up to 4 VIP tickets for any VPA performance during the season.

The use of the Owen Salon, the Atrium, or other desired space at the Ware Center (subject to availability) to host an event (additional direct costs may apply.)

Distribution of business materials or literature at Launch Party and the ability to display business material in posting area.

A full page advertisement in the Fall, Winter and Spring Program books.

Gold Partner

$10,000+

  • In weekly e-blasts of upcoming VPA events with direct link to partner’s website
  • In Press Releases for all VPA events (distributed to over 35 Media outlets)

Event Sponsor

$2,000+

Partner will be acknowledged as the Title Sponsor for that event on all media pieces and advertising.

Will be acknowledged as the Title Sponsor during stage announcements for that event.

Will receive eight (8) VIP tickets to that event.

Individual Giving Opportunities

We graciously accept donations of all amounts. Donors supporting the arts with $100 or more are listed in our Performing Arts Series programs, which are published three times and distributed to thousands of ticketholders throughout the season.

Luminary Donors

$5,000+

  • In addition to the Performing Arts Series programs, donors contributing $5000 or more are acknowledged each season on our lobby wall decals and listed in the season brochure.

Ware's My Seat?

$2,500

  • With your contribution of $2,500, your name or that of a loved one will become part of the enduring legacy of with an engraved placard on a seat in Lancaster’s iconic Steinman Concert Hall in The Ware Center.
