In Disposable Humanity, the Mitchell family—esteemed Disability Studies scholars and filmmakers—delve into the chilling legacy of the Nazi Aktion T4 program. This investigative documentary recounts the long-obscured history of how over 300,000 disabled individuals became the initial victims of the Third Reich. Targeted by the T4 program as having a “life unworthy of living,” their murders laid the groundwork for the Holocaust that followed.
