On October 23rd, West Art welcomes two amazing artists: Headlining is Ric Robertson, a genre-bending songwriter whose soulful voice and adventurous blend of folk and Americana has won fans across the nation. Opening the night is Lancaster’s own Tuck Ryan, bringing his smooth blend of soul, jazz, and his signature sound. Don’t miss an evening of amazing original music in The Sanctuary!

 

Lancaster Loves DANDY and Corty & the Light

Who it’s for: All ages

A night celebrating the best of local music features two award-winning groups: singer-songwriter pop duo DANDY, whose music evokes the nostalgia of listening to your very first album as a kid; and Corty Byron, a longtime fixture of the local music scene in Lancaster, whose Americana roots-driven sound is vintage, bluesy, soul-drenched, and authentic. Byron will perform with his band, “The Light.” 

Both artists have been recognized for their contributions to local music by the Central Pennsylvania Music Awards. In March 2025, Corty Byron won the “Best Blues Artist of the Year” award at the CPMAs, while brother duo DANDY took home awards for “Best Album/EP of the Year” and “Best Pop Artist/Band” in 2023. 

Taking place in the stunning glass pyramid-topped Atrium of the Ware Center, the “Lancaster Loves” series features the best in local music across a variety of genres in a lively cabaret setting.

 

West Art Presents An Evening with Colebrook Road

Colebrook Road is a band that needs little introduction here in Lancaster! Over more than a decade together, they’ve solidified their place as one of Central PA’s most beloved bluegrass bands. Led by frontman Jesse Eisenbise, Colebrook Road has toured the country, produced award-winning albums, and delivered countless audiences a grand old time with thoughtfully-crafted songs, coupled with excellent picking and fantastic harmonies. Bring a friend, grab a drink, and don’t miss out on a wonderful evening of music!

Jad Tariq, a Memphis-based Rhythm & Blues guitarist/vocalist, is making waves in the national music scene. Primarily performing in the jump blues idiom, Jad’s guitar style is characterized by a swinging jazz rhythm that merges seamlessly with the raw emotional intensity of the blues. His vocal style is in the tradition of the blues shouters of the ‘40s and ‘50s, while also boasting the ability to croon heartfelt jazz ballads.
