Our Journeys: A Traveling Exhibition

Vietnamese Boat People presents a multimedia, interactive storytelling experience featuring a curated collection of oral histories, personal artifacts, and community narratives. Our Journeys centers the voices of Vietnamese Americans and invites visitors to engage in a multi-sensory exploration of emotional landscapes, historical legacies, and intergenerational dialogue.

Join us for a special exhibit opening event featuring:

  • Artwork by local Asian-American visual artists and photographers
  • A display of traditional Vietnamese dresses
  • Delicious Vietnamese finger foods provided by the Rice & Noodles/Sprout family
  • A performance by Vietnamese-American singer Lê Thanh Trúc (“Panda”)
  • Diaspora stories from the local Vietnamese community
  • Book signings by VBP Founder Tracey Nguyễn Mang

FREE and open to the public.

On display weekdays from 10 AM – 4 PM from February 2-28. 

Presented in partnership with the Lancaster County Community Foundation and the Lancaster Asian American & Pacific Islanders.
