Acts of Welcome: CWS Lancaster Benefit Concert

Acts of Welcome
Join us in supporting CWS Lancaster with a benefit concert featuring local Lancaster-area musicians.
Each year, the Arts at MU partners with Church World Service (CWS) Lancaster to celebrate the artistry of Lancaster’s treasured refugee and immigrant communities with “Acts of Welcome.” This year, as CWS Lancaster faces unprecedented challenges, local musicians will come together for a benefit concert to support the organization and its critical work for the refugee and immigrant community in Lancaster.
At 6:30 p.m. in Steinman Hall, join Ever Sandoval, Liz Fulmer, Julia Jordan Kamanda, and other talented Lancaster artists as they come together to uplift our neighbors through the arts. The event is free and open to the public, but donations will be collected for CWS Lancaster.
Gallery Exhibits
In the Regitz Gallery, a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. will celebrate the opening of a new exhibit featuring the PA Migrant Education mural project. In the Lyet Lobby, the exhibit “Humanity at War” by Leesha Epler will be on display.
