“Lines of Intuity” by Robert Foster

On display July 6-31 • Regitz Gallery

Delaware native Robert Foster is a lifelong songwriter and musician, but after the passing of his wife, the Lancaster transplant started to take a more serious interest in visual art. Foster’s vivid abstract drawings begin with a black ink framework—his pen rarely leaving the canvas as he weaves a tapestry of connecting lines and shapes, often incorporating fluorescent colors into the finished piece. His unique style, developed in his retirement, serves as a reminder that it is never too late to pursue an interest in the arts.
